Upgrading a web app comes with challenges, some anticipated, others unforeseen. Since upgrading last week we’ve been working relentlessly to keep up with – and prevent – server errors and service outages.

As of the time of this post Appengine (the platform that hosts our platform) is down, in a big way. We do know that whenever you encounter an error, regardless of where the problem originates, that your data are tucked away and aggregating safely.
